I read with interest Connie Stout's account of how TENET provides
student access. I have yet to see the materials developed as part of
TENET (user's guide, moderator's guide, curriculum guide); perhaps
those could be provided on an anonymous FTP site for easy access.
It would be interesting to compare the Texas approach to the Montana
approach. Not everyone has Dave Hughes handy to rig up a network, but
the low-speed bare-bones seat of your pants networks that users build
themselves seem to have much more educational impact than the high
speed nets dropped in from on high.
