At one level, this is very cost-effective, since you aren't owrrying
with things like per-call detail, agency billings, and the like, but
it also creates an enormous potential for abuse ... potential that will
almost always be realized.
Well, having visited the US-Sprint FTS2000 facility at Reston, the
billing for the FTS2000 is huge, several hundreds of boxes per month.
they have kept he detailed billing alright. I wonder how much it costs and
what it may be worth to the customer...
