Local experience does not confirm your use of the phrase "best-managed
IP pipes around" do describe ANS. This phrase seems at least as loaded
as Mr/Ms Sadowsky's term "hedge." I hope you don't actually believe
this is true, since the community wants to count on your organization
for clear-sighted fairness.
