ANS Document Update

For those intrepid souls who quickly grabbed the "ANS Plan for Commercial
Services" document just announced by Ittai Hershman, there were a few
formatting errors that crept into the versions initially place online (notably
the lack of formatting in the text version). Therefore, the main document
files have just been updated to corrected versions. In particular:

ans-plan.ps	Some minor formatting changes to including missing
page numbers, and properly align some tables.
ans-plan.txt	Now properly formatted - the previous version had been
copied from a simple text dump, not a fully formatted
version. This file should print nicely on any printer
with at least 60 lines on a page.

No changes were made to the two figure files (ans-plan-fig*.ps).

If you ftp'd a copy of either of these files prior to 1:15am EST on September
7 (and yup, several people did :-)), you may wish to obtain another copy.
Note that there have been no changes in content of the document, simply some
reformatting.

Also, to add a little to Ittai's comment on the text version - the ASCII and
PostScript versions of the document contain exactly the same information.
However, both versions of the document reference the figures that are only
available as separate Postscript files, so you do need a Postscript printer
to print the figures.

We apologize for any trouble (or at least wasted paper) that this may have
caused anyone.
