The savings and loan crises was born out of the carter administration
(both houses controlled by democrats).... The thrust of this came in the
form of the investment tax credit and accellerated depreciation...
these acts prioritzed tax benefits over economic viability...
its called get a brain....check it out....

Where is the store of value from mans productive capacity going to come
from in order to reverse alleged trend?
funny how more taxation has led to a shrinking middle class and an
