I guess I've been in the same place, though I don't know what you mean by
a pretty good clip.  It's true one of the cellular operators in a city is
non-wireline.  It's also true that in a few high density areas, there have
been companies to skim off certain business accounts.  But i'd have to
believe less than 1% of US phones have any choice in dialtone provider.
Do you have data different from that?
