I put up a call to other UUNET customers, to garner some help and to
check to see if any other folks was having similar problems with them
that we were. I want to thank those of you who responded. A few of
you (not UUNET customers) who responded, we plan to stay in contact.
I want to say that we met with UUNET yesterday at their offices...a
real nice place. It was a very productive meeting and we all seem to be
in accord and are working out the issues in a very congenial manner.
Our service has improved significantly in the month of May. We are
satisfied.
Since the call was put out through here on the NET, I felt that it was
only right to let everyone know our current status with them.
We are looking forward to a long and continued relationship with them.
