Blech.
My position on something like that is that our contract is strong enough
that the first time they spam from our systems they get a HUGE frigging
bill for the expenses they cause us. That policy, by the way, includes
attorneys and other fees which we incur in fixing the problem.
If they don't pay it, they get cut off. Period.
If they do pay the bill, then their ads aren't worth the "investment" if
the bill is high enough.
The proper remedy for this problem is a PROPER contract with the user base,
and make damn sure its signed before you turn on the access!
