Right. What would the gov't do with said file? Can they use it
against him in court? I thought things like diaries could only be
used against you if you tried to use it in your defense. Senator
Packwood comes to mind.
Oh, silly me, I forgot (*forehead slap*); if the crime is bad enough,
you don't have any rights.$$
