Actually, wouldn't that be for _all_ identical twins, plus
anyone older than about 94 years, 4 months and oh, say 17 days?
Still, this may be a small enough number of people that we
could handle it with simple chaining of hash pools.

On the other hand, if you think it feasible to build a "large
sparse array" keyed on the total number of base pairs in
the human genome, then I suppose every single identical
twin, person older than 94 and the entire population of
Michigan is probably seen as statisical noise to you!  :-)
