The NYT is only interested in the story of C&S because the net is so
interested in it and so upset about it, so if you seek the source of
the coverage, look there.
I've been a net insider about as long as there's been a net, but I
also live in the real world, and many of you do, and frankly I'm not
too suprised that outsiders, particularly business reporters, would have
gotten the impression of the net reaction as anti-business whining. There
are indeed some posters on the net who are doing just that, suggesting
that Canter is a reason to ban all business.
They are not the majority, but they are visible.
