C&S must be licensed to practice law in Federal Court. They are required
to tell you what state they are licensed in. If they fail to disclose and
anyone wants to complain..All you do it to contact the U.S. Federal Court
in their area and start asking questions.
There is also the option of contacting the U.S. Attorney and asking for
more information on their activities. From what I hear Tenn. & Fla. both
have them banned from practice. They have proven to these states that they
have no ethics.
