   There are not 20,000,000 news servers on the Internet.  Probably more
   like 200,000 (and that's only an average of 100 readers per -- both
   universities in town have one news server for 600-700 hosts).


I seem to recall that the (unitless) 20,000,000 figure refers to
*people* on the Internet, not hosts.  So please revise the above,
saying "... one news server for 3000 users".
