But C&S won't be broadcasting to all 2e7; they'll be sending newsfeed
to one site (maybe a few) and getting it relayed. One site that
filters will protect all its downstream sites (modulo loops). And
most bottleneck sites are likely to be sites with more technically
capable admins, right?
