As we go toward the final complete draft of our assessment it would be
helpful to OTA to have posted to this list or by private mail reactions of
the mid-levels to the ANS agreements posted by Itai. Have any mid-levels
accepted them? Comments from other stakeholders also welcome.
Reactions needed asap and in anycase no later than Sept 10.
