May I suggest that threatening PSI is both wrong and unnecessary? Just
two days ago, some jerk sent a fake-contest scam to the PCIP list. Rather
than sending abuse to the jerk, I sent a polite message to the postmaster
of the bbs from which he posted, with a copy of the offending message.
A day later I got a reply stating that the jerk's account had been
canceled - also polite. No muss, no fuss, no threats, but mission
accomplished.
No responsible provider is likely to tolerate C&S-type behavior, and until
we see one who does, there is no need to talk of threats. A provider who
willfully abets C&S-type behavior should be punished by having his decent
customers find other arrangements - a threat likely to be far more effective
than mail-bombing.
"Oxygenated water" indeed! Is it possible that all this is really just
a net.hoax?
