I am not sure if the term Smart should apply to anything the post office
does. Let us all get this straight in our minds... The U.S. Post office -
The people who can be trusted to handle our mail, can't manage their debt
and on and on... They are going to issue Smart Cards ? The people who
operate those shit computer terminals and stamp machines that fail to
work? Sign me up - I"ll take 2 .
Before I will ever carry a national ID card , I would give up and pick a
new country. Government can justify anything.
