If ANS claims T-3 service and thats what NSF is buying, where does it say
that such service is supplied on an arranged for (DEMAND) basis ? You
can't fill the pipe and then some. And you can't sell excess capacity on
the same circuit. So how do you do this? I always thought that only one
house could be located at one address? Are we seeing a new slight of hand
technology here ?
Smoke and mirrors - T-3 is not even close to capacity, nor has IBM/ANS/MCI
proven to any of us (technical people), who have asked the government
valid questions - that T-3 really is T-3. Oh I see, just take IBM's word
on it - right ? You bet.
