And on a slightly different front it would be informative to get
something straight from EFF on where its open platform legislation is
the various bills under consideration in congress. My understanding is
that it was reduced from a requirement to a study.
Finally EFF seems to be one of the few public interest groups not to
come out in favor of common carriage requirements for Cable TV
operators. The result as i understand it is that the cable cos will
continue to control both the highway AND the content.
And finally finally what is EFF doing to help Brock Meeks?
