Much more serious is the IMPLICATION from past events that AADS might be
getting THEIR local loop and intra-LATA data services at a discount -- or
free.
It will be interesting to see the pricing that AADS comes up with. Should
there be any hint of foul play or leveraging of their monopoly position in
any way, shape or form I'm sure there will be LOTS of people filing suit
here in the Chicagoland area alone.
Of course, this is of seminal interest to my firm; we will be watching these
developments very closely.
The game is just getting started.
