We spent two days role playing four potential scenarios as to what
could happen 10/92. Out of this FARNET will be formulating a
recommendation to NSF. I'm not an official spokesperson but the plan
is to get the recommendation out the door in a month or so.
One positive observation relative to this list: For those two days
Rick Adams, Al Weis, and Bill Schrader participated together in
discussing our joint problems. Communications between all interests
can't hurt and has the potential of getting the whole enterprise
moving together.
