For those interested, we do put out a publication online about the activities
of NSFNET (and therefore the T-3 network plans). This is the LinkLetter
which has been available now for several years. It has had long articles
on the deployment, technology, etc. and will have an article in the next
issue which covers the IETF talk and more. We have usually tried not to
do this kind of in-depth reporting in the mailing lists but can if it
is requested on specific issues.
