Well as far as Frame Relay and TCP/IP go, they mix very well.  Chrysler
Finance Corp is moving to a TCP/IP network based on frame relay.  Each
branch has a 56Kb link to our provider and they aggregate those into a
number of T1s into the Chrysler Corporate location.  For us this worked out
as a very cost effective model.  Both in terms of data service tarifs and
the corporate equipment required.  I don't know from home the state of the
conversion, but it is well along...
