That's good to hear. This is an important case that must be well
defended. And I hope that you're planning to countersue on the basis of
malicious prosecution (I think that's the one).

This sure is a case of 1st Amendment issues and its critical to fight.
Where's the EFF in all of this? It seems like this is one where they
should be right in there with you.
