Cash or specie has no ownership other than the pocket it is in at the 
moment. Visa offers the option of using *their* money (not cash) to buy 
things and then having it replaced by money (or cash or negotiable 
instument like a check which is also not cash) from the purchaser.

CASH has no owner. Negotiable instuments like checks or MO's do.
