A contract of adhesion is a boilerplate contract -- one of those "fine print
forms" that you find on the back of your parking stub, rental agreement, etc.
Courts in many jurisdictions refuse to enforce such contracts because:
1) They know that nobody reads them;
2) One party is trying to dictate all the terms;
3) Generic terms are probably not suited to the particular situation;
4) There is no indictation that there was a "meeting of minds"
on the terms;
5) All of the above.
