Noise in the legal area is that other lawyers will try such actions as
the jackass in Phoenix did last week. It seems that some of these scum
lawyers see this as a new area to troll for $$. One lawyer I listened to
was going to get an account and attempt the exact same thing. When his
account gets terminated he plans to sue. He is looking for money and PR.
As far as the article in the New York paper, it was written by someone
who really did not understand the net. No big loss. The internet still
remains a "pack of weeds" ! This offers a unique area of operation. We
have a serious problem here but, the chance to solve it now. Forget the
policy people, the next asshole is just about on our doorstep. Plan and
program for the next time. There will be a next time. Its just a question
of when.
