Perhaps a better analogy is of a party. Nice conversation in 10-20,
(or in this case 10K-13K) groups. Some drunk bastard insists on forcing
his way into each group and does a hard sell of his current wares.
A compentent hostess/host will ensure that the lout will be escorted
off premise in a hurry.
The lout has no legal recourse to crash the party once kicked out.
After all, it is a private party. The host/hostess should ensure that
when the drunk leaves, that all his effects go with him, or at least
sent around later.
