I thought it was to:
"form a more perfect union, establish justice, promote the general
welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity"
Why do we need a government to do that? Aren't all of these things
desirable enough that people will get them without a government?
The Internet is a good thing--why does anyone suggest that government
pay for it?
