On Monday IBM announce a pilot project to place the Vatican Library
online. How? Via the Internet of course. By helping the church convert
the librarys pre 1985 catalog of approx. 2 million cards into an
electronic database, the next thing IBM plans to do is to connect the
Vatican to the Internet.
