All I am saying that you should call Eric if you are really after an
answer. At least that may be the fastest approach. I also have two
unidentified (though high level in the community) sources of a rumor
that NSF is not as freely able to respond to things like com-priv email
any more. I think they have to go through their legal department or so
to respond, as some of the discussions were stretching some limits.
Sorry if that was already known fact of com-priv, as I typically only
read the bits and pieces people forward; just too much otherwise.
