You can get it from the Internet Society in Reston, Virginia USA. There
are supposed to be files with charts and data that you can dowload with FTP.

I will have [a] meeting about the Internet for my customers next week and
one of the customers tells
me he wants to know how large [the] Internet is,how many hosts it is
connected to, and so on.
Does anyone know where I can get internet fact data ?
