Gordon,

Steve provided an excellent overview of the awards and the current
state of evolution of the architecture - consonant with the skilled
and highly dedicated public official he is.  I think many of us share
a common admiration for a man who maintains an uncommon good humour
despite the constant petty barbs he faces.
