Can you tell us anything in the nature of substantial detail about how
ANS will be working together with CIX, the regionals, Compuserve, and
the others? We have seen how they work with eachother, but not how
ANS will be relating to the rest of the community.
Randy,
ANS has been working with many of these players over the past eleven
months to develop a set of agreements. At this week's FARnet meeting
in Big Sky, Montana, Al Weis will announce the results of these
discussions. More details to follow.

PS: Randy shifted this from com-priv to nren-discuss. I reluctantly
crossposted it back to com-priv. Quite frankly, having two lists
is rather confusing given the common readership and topics.
The topics of NREN and Commercialization/Privatization are
different. But the two are related, and my sense is that for
the purposes of this discussion, we should merge the two groups
back together.
While I'm standing on a limb out here, I'd like to propose that
we reduce the amount of flaming on com-priv and use it for more
serious banter. We don't serve any of our interests, both as
vendors and users/customers, by bashing and flaming.
