I don't know of any ISP would would actually block traffic to some kind of
small hobbiest consortium.. Perhaps there is one, but it ain't me.
On the other hand, if one of those ten wants to SELL slip, then perhaps.
But that's a bizness, and not a hobby or a cost sharing measure.
