Heh, who's making accusations?  Certainly not me!  I'm using your firm as
an example because you have staunchly stated that the model is "broken",
and you sell resale links.

Remember the COMBITs discussions?

The point here is that if your resale customers want CIX routing, then they
should join the CIX.  If they think there is no value, then they shouldn't,
but they also <should not expect CIX services>.

I don't know what you're doing right now with regards to this -- all I know
is that when I was inquiring with ANS about a connection back in November
'93 that it was inferred that it was not necessary for me to join since I
could get to the CIX anyway.  

My apologies if you took any of that to be an accusation pointed at ANS.
It wasn't.
