With so many telephone companies out their it would seem to me that
someone would setup 25 major U.S. Cities and link them together with
multiple T-3 circuits. Just build your own backbone and get
inter-connected to ANS and the rest , rock-n-roll. Whats a T-3 to a
telephone company ? The fiber is in place, they have mega bucks, so whats
a few bits and pieces of equipment ?

I would approach those media companies that want to run 500 channels of
TV to the home and offer them connections. Develop little baby drop sites
to sell 56k service and forget the 9.6 stuff. It would be very easy if
there is a market for it.

Dark fiber to the door,,, or was that Vader ?

I am about to lose my license,,just one more ticket on this Superhighway
and its curtains for me or maybe driving school.
