It's cheaper and has no "no reselling" policy. It's also quite overloaded. Several MAE-East participants are trying to figure out how to upgrade it now... Thus, any assumption that CIX membership is necessary fot non-AUP connectivity is just plain false. There is a network which relies on CIX heavily, though. --vadim
