Uh, if that's the case there may be another problem.  I don't know what
Sprint's position is today, but I can tell you that when we signed our
transit deal with Sprint it was made rather clear that if we were doing 
resale they <strongly> recommended that we join the CIX. 

As I was intending to do so anyway, this was something that took all of
about 10 seconds of both of our time.  I have no idea what would have
transpired between Bob Doyle and I if I had said "no" to the request.

Perhaps Sprint can clarify -- is this an actual <requirement>, or is 
it a <suggestion>? :-)
