I need a couple of clarifications:

- Does a line into the CIX get your packets routed to international
nets such as EBONE, and (what's left of) the NSFNet?

- If CIX members are required to route packets for direct customers,
What's the deal with sprintlink? They resell Internet to a lot of
resellers, but members aren't required to route those packets? Sprintlink
(at least what the Sprintlink reps told me) doesn't put any restrictions
or charges on IP reselling. This consfuses me a bit.

- CIX membership specifies one of the requirements as providing internet
access for "Geographically distinct locations." This is a rather unclear
definition, a clarification would be appreciated.
