A fact, which is not being exposed to people, and held in close secret,
until after they subscribe. So, "well known" only extends to the
subscribers. "There is a maze of twisty little passages, all alike."
Special consideration for being dropped of the list is given to those
who can prove that a packet of theirs can traverse a FIX, the CIX,
three NAPs, a GIX, MAE-East, and PSI's basement, without violating
any policy. It has to be the same packet, though.
