Ahh, no.
No-one calls the CIX.  WhinnyNet has a higher support load for SLIP/PPP than
shell.  This is tangental to the charge for IP/shell is free arguement
that is current on the list.  It does provide an additional (although
thin) support for charging more for IP support.
WhinnyNet customers have to call WhinnyNet for support.
