Then, are you saying that MCSNet's (for example) SLIP customers are now
going to be calling the CIX for support?   If Ittai can't get an answer to
a question in a few months, what chance does one of Karl's customers have
of getting support from the CIX...


The support difference (to the CIX) is not realtive to whether you do or
don't resell IP access downstream.  I believe that no one downstream of you
ever is going to contact the CIX for support, or you could make that a
requirement...
