How much does it cost to join the CIX Association? Does it depend on the
size of the TCP/IP provider?
Would the FIX be qualified to join?
Not to downplay the delaware conversation but SURELY there are more
interesting issues here.
Should I gather that as new providers join and the backbone fills up with
traffic there are good ways to measure the fill and decide on how it can
be relieved either by an increase in speed or by additional trunks?
is there agreement on how much lead time is needed to provide such
solutions? Is there any plan by which the cost of paying for them would
be assessed to the membership?
