ISDN is certainly not $450/month.  It is only offered currently as part
of Centrex of 1MB (Measured Rate Business) service, but nowhere NEAR 
$450 per month.

Yep; ISDN is on the list of Things The Phone Company Wants Dead
around here, no question about it.  Why?  That is left to the reader
