You do need to.  Your use of a device to make it APPEAR that the packets 
originate at your machine (they don't -- they originate at your customer's
machines) doesn't change the real facts of the case.

As I have said repeatedly, you can always come up with a way to get
around any barrier, and to hide what you're really doing.  You might even
get away with it.  Doesn't make it right.

Either you conduct your business in an ethical manner or you do not.  If
you do not, expect those of us who do to make a lot of noise about your
shenanigans in public.

Some of us consider ethics to be one of the, if not THE, most important
items in the gallery of assets of a business.
