Sorry, but your answer seems a bit simplistic
Now Bob Colette has committed sprint to connect to the NAPs, all four
presumably. Are you telling me that if these four have all
significantly different costs of connection and each has different
policies about peering that Bob and Sprint will be happy??? Am I
missing something!??
