 Could anyone provide me with figures on conversion costs of campus 
 ethernets into FIDDI LANS?  I would think I'd be correct in assuming that 
 this will be necessary before individual users at a campus can take 
 advantage of multimegabit dedicated bandwidth made possible by the t-3 
 backbone.
 
 Of course if one is not at a campus that is a backbone node, then a t-3 
 from the nearest node via the appropriate mid-level would also be needed?
 
 Are there any figues on how many of the mid-levels are going to t-3 in the 
 next year?
