Laugh..... welll.... I did just get a phone call from Bill washburn .... who
tells me that he hasn't seen any com-priv traffic in quite a while. For someone
who sounds already swamped, I think it would be cruel and unusual punishment
to further drown them with a FOIA firehose.
Of course CIX isn't subject to that to begin with. Do I intend to write in
some depth about CIX? Yes. Anyone with CIX stories, please send them my way.
