I've not participated in the billing discussion, but... it just does so
happen that I do work for "the telco." By daylight hours, anyhow.

Truly wishful thinking on your part. Indeed, any suggestion that we get
involved in Internet services immediately evokes the perennial question:
"How can we bill for it?" It is *the* most pertinent question afloat in
this mailing list, so far as my management is concerned.
